He has seen a behavioral vet (full report available for adopter), and has been assessed as friendly and workable; however, he does not like small children. Riker’s family describes him as loving and friendly, but he prefers to be the one to initiate greetings with new people. He would do best in a quieter home with NO KIDS. Riker is dog friendly and currently lives with other dogs. His family believes he would thrive in a quieter home with no small kids, and understanding owners that will embrace that Riker may not want to interact with everyone. **This is a courtesy post in efforts to help a wonderful local family rehome their pup.
