She's looking for a soft place to land in her golden years. Despite being a senior, Terry has lots of pep in her step and will surprise you with her energy level. She enjoys playing fetch and going for walks. Terry can be selective about other dogs so she'll likely thrive in a home as the only dog or with a well matched similarly sized dog. Terry has been around children in her previous homes and has done well, but even at her age, she's got a strong predatory drive so she needs a home without cats, livestock or small critters. Terry attended a big public event with volunteers and did great! She jumped in the car and rode along happily, engaged with members of the public- going up to everyone for pets- and seemed fine even with lots of other dogs, loud noises and activities. Terry is a true treasure and will be a wonderful addition to your home! Terry's adoption fee has been sponsored by a donor, so only a license fee will apply for her next adopter.
