Bonnie's favorite toy is the good, old-fashioned tennis ball. You can often find this carefree girl blissfully rolling around on the ground with a ball in her mouth and her paws in the air. Sweet, athletic, and just a bit silly, Bonnie is ready to start a whole new game of fetch.That is, fetching for a new home.Unfortunately, life hasn't always been fun and games for Bonnie. In 2014, she was found as a pregnant stray. Even after her puppies were all adopted, no one came for Bonnie. Ever since then, despite our many efforts at finding her a home, no one has given Bonnie a second glimpse.Born in 2010, Bonnie waits daily for someone to give her a chance. Having spent time in foster care a few years ago, Bonnie does have some manners as far as living in a home is concerned. She is partially housetrained and will likely do well once on a consistent schedule. Bonnie's favorite things are spending time with people, enjoying Kongs filled with peanut-butter, and playtime. During fetch, she does well if you trade one toy for another. If Bonnie wants one of her toys or treats, she can be pretty determined to get it, so a home with no young children will be best. Bonnie also has a high prey drive, so she must be the only pet and have a securely fenced-in yard.Having spent many years in our care, Bonnie is more than ready to find her new family.
