I am seeking a new home for my pittie, Chelsea. She is ~8 years old, adopted from the ASPCA about 7 years ago with my ex husband. The circumstances of our separation have made it impossible to manage her bills and physical needs. Chelsea is pit/unknown terrier mix, she's very compact and on the small side for a pittie. She takes time to warm up to new people but once she knows you she is incredibly loyal and snuggly! Energetic, silly, sweet, skeptical, protective, curious, does best with small dogs but can be socialized with larger dogs in time. Chels has basic training like sit, stay, lie down, and does best when her training is enforced and she knows what is expected of her. We always say "She wants to do well" and aims to please. She loves to play tug, watch birds out the window, and cuddle under the covers. A wonderful companion for someone who understands pittie behavior and has the time to dedicate to building on her trust and training!
