Trixie is a very sweet little dog with very good house manners. She came from a home with an elderly man that loved her dearly but was not able to care for her any longer. She is nervous of storms and can be a little anxious. It is very understandable at the moment as she acclimates to her new surroundings, however her foster has said that she is very easy to have around and has been a great guest. She just needs a little time to get used to things. If you are in the market for a very sweet little girl to add to your home, look not further. Trixie is a peach. Trixie is 3 years old and 23 pounds.The adoption fee for adult dogs, seven months and older, is $250. All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. If you are interested in meeting a dog, please stop by the shelter during open hours. Dogs may be in a foster home, therefore scheduling an appointment is recommended. If you have an existing dog at home, we recommend bringing it along to meet your possible new family member.helpingstrays.org
