Hey there! My name is Squish. I am a 4 year old sweet boy who gets a long well with other dogs. I am about 42 lbs and full of love. I came to the Hero Rescue with bad skin but these nice fosters give me baths with special shampoo and now I look and feel so much better. My coat is coming in very nice and I feel handsome. I am learning what it means to only go potty outside, and trying real hard to remember. My foster mom said you should put belly bands on me until I get the point. I was neutered the other day, and the doc also removed a benign mass. I would really love a home with limited stairs, for no other reason besides I am a lazy Bulldog and I don't want to do them. I also prefer a fenced yard and will need you to teach me how to walk on a leash. Right now, leash means I laydown and refuse to move. I am so ready to find my forever family where I can continue to heal and be safe. ADOPTION PROCESS1. Review our adoption contract and application. 2. Call your vet and references to inform them that a rescue representative will be calling. 3. Our fosters are volunteers and we value and respect their time and personal commitments. - All members of the household (including other dogs) must be present. - Please be prepared to submit adoption fee via electronic payment at the meeting. - If all goes well, the dog will go home with you directly after the meeting. If you are not ready to adopt at the conclusion of the meeting, please understand that we may process other applications for the dog. Because we have a limited amount of foster homes, we cannot hold dogs past adoption. 6.
