Buddy is a sweet boy who is a mix of Shih Tzu and Pug. He was surrendered to the rescue because the owners could no longer care for him. He is a happy boy and is two years old. He is well mannered, walks well on a leash and gets along with everyone, people and dogs alike. Buddy weighs 15 lbs and will not get any bigger. He would love a home where he can be active and mingle amongst a family that has a somewhat active lifestyle. He is good in the car and loves to go with you wherever you want to go. He is sweet and endearing and well behaved. Like many of our rescue dogs, we are not sure how well housetrained Buddy is. But with gentle persuasion, some consistency, structure and praise he should be easy to train. Buddy's adoption fee is $400 This fee includes at least one health exam at our veterinarian while in our care, altering, all vaccinations including rabies (as permitted by age), a pre-adoption professional grooming and a microchip with lifetime membership that never will cost you a fee. All dogs also leave with a new collar and or harness and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble that is being fed at the rescue.
