Laurel is a sweet, gentle soul who thrives on affection. She's a shy girl who needs a little hand holding while she adapts to her new life. Laurel was rescued in the Bahamas as a stray, sick with influenza. She was transported to the States alongside a dozen of her peers, and she's still a bit nervous but sweet as sweet comes. Laurel is 48 pounds, loves to hold hands, walks beautifully on a leash, and gets along wonderfully with both people and dogs. Laurel has a calming, old-soul presence and isn't demanding; she just wants to be happy and loved. She is looking for a loving home where she can feel safe and cherished.All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption.
