Meet ROXANNENot only is ROXANNE super sweet and affectionate, she’s incredibly smart too. She came to her foster home knowing absolutely no commands, and before the end of the first week, she had learned to down, drop it, out, and go home (her crate, which she is fully crate trained with and sleeps in all night). Additionally, she was housebroken within that first week. She spends her days at her foster home with her foster siblings, a senior chihuahua and a middle-aged pitbull, plus 3 human children aged 7, 4, and 1. She’s a wonderful playmate to everyone, and her energy outlasts them all. Roxanne has adapted wonderfully to everything in her foster home with the exception of the two cats that live there, and it is advised that she not be placed in a home with cats. She loves to chew, so rugged chew toys are a must for this girl. On the leash, Roxanne has displayed incredible obedience around strangers and dogs alike. She is eager to please, and even more eager to show her love and gratitude. She is high-energy and loves to play, but she is also just as happy to play couch potato and snuggle.
