She is a beautiful brindle sweetheart looking to find an adopter through a rescue before 3pm on 05/28/24. The shelter is closed Monday 05/27/24 in observance of Memorial day.Bailey was one of 8 dogs that came to the shelter after being surrendered due to having a history of escaping her yard and injuring another dog as well as fatally injuring cats.When Bailey first came to the shelter, she was extremely nervous. After settling in, she quickly started to trust the staff and was seeking attention. In her evaluation with other dogs at PACC, Bailey was nervous but largely kept to herself and did just fine. Bailey is looking for a home that will allow her time to decompress to her new environment and people. She will need to meet any dogs that she will be going home with to be sure everyone gets along. She cannot live with cats.If you are interested in meeting Bailey you MUST come to PACC in person before 3pm on 05/28/24 and meet with one of our counselors to go over her history and then meet her in a yard. The interested party must find a partnered rescue group willing to pull Bailey for them. PACC will send a plea out to all of our partnered rescue groups to notify them that we have someone interested in adopting Bailey to see if they are willing to pull her. The interested party will need to complete any adoption application and go through the rescues process. It will be at the rescue`s discretion if they want to pull Bailey.
