Meet Terrence! This mixed breed came to the Shelter as a stray so we don’t know much about his life before now. Staff have observed that he has been greeting with a tail wag and comes out of his kennel to walk on leash easily. Terrence enjoys frolicking in the grass and s bouncy and playful. Terrence has been easy going with a variety of handling at the Shelter. Terrence has befriended some dogs at the Shelter and was noted to be energetic, playful and engaging with both male and female dogs he has met. A canine companion in the home to zoom around with is likely a fit provided they meet at the Shelter prior to adoption. We do not have any history of Terrence in a home with kids, cats or small animals. Staff have observed that he may not yet be house trained. Adopters should be patience in the transition while he is learning house training. With positive reinforcement and management, we anticipate Terrence will pick up house training smoothly.
