Frankie is a 42lb pocket sized Pit Bull mix that we got from rescue 2 years ago. She is incredibly smart and food motivated. She is not a barker and does not react to dogs. She is spunky, silly and LOVES everyone she meets. She has become a loved member of our family. The reason for rehoming is that she is unpredictable with kids. She has not bitten, and her triggers are known. She can walk by kids, she is not reactive to them, but they do make her very anxious. We have been working on this with my own ten year old and a trainer, but I have recently had a relapse of a health condition and the energy, space and time needed to help Frankie be successful just isn't there. Frankie is very excitable outside the home. She has made enormous progress. She has done 5 training classes and received daily training from us. She loves to go for walks and play tug. She knows sit, place, down, side, middle, leave it, touch, and walk.
