Adopt Walton a Tan/Yellow/Fawn Shar Pei / Mixed dog in Colorado Springs

This 3-year-old handsome boy originally came to us in August of 2023 and was adopted for 8 months before he unfortunately came back to us for no fault of his own. We now are looking for his true FOREVER home! Like many shar pei, Walton is not a fan of nail trims and would do better with a professional performing this. Walton loves walks and despite having a yard at his foster home, he prefers to go for walks, so he would do great in apartment or condo living. He is getting better every day on the leash, and has even mastered sit and down with the aid of treats. He is very food motivated! Walton is not a fan of cats (part of why he came back to us) so a cat and pocket pet free home is a must. Walton has been fostered as an only dog in the past and is currently fostered with 2 other shar pei (both male and female) and seems to be ok with other easy-going dogs. He gets a little nervous around high energy or dominant dogs. He does seem to be more on alert when meeting dogs through a fence so best to do loose leash dog introductions.
