Leona was found by the amazing staff at Utopia Animal Hospital. Staff reported she was very sweet and loved treats and everyone she met. An "off-duty" MAS staff member picked her up from Utopia and transported her back to MAS. MAS staff member reported that she was a VGG (very good girl) who greeted her in the lobby of Utopia like they had been lifelong friends. Leona was an absolute Angel on the car ride to MAS and did not try to jump out of the back seat once the door was opened to escort this sweet lady into the shelter. Once she arrived at MAS she greeted everyone in the lobby with whole body wiggles and took treats politely. Leona will make an excellent couch hippo and overall awesome companion!
