I found Charlie about a month ago in a factory where he was tied with a very short metal leash to a post, with no shelter, food, or water. He was in very bad shape, and it broke my heart to see him like that, so I rescued him without a second thought. After taking him to the vet, I learned that Charlie is approximately 2 1/2 years old. He has since received all of his vaccinations, and I have an appointment scheduled for his neuter surgery next month. Charlie is a small, black dog with a big personality. He is incredibly friendly, loves attention, and gets along well with both kids and other dogs. Despite his rough start, he has a joyful spirit and a playful nature. When he walks, he moves as if he's dancing, with his tail wagging happily side to side. I am looking for a new home where he can receive the love and attention he deserves. Ideally, his new family would be one that can spend plenty of time with him. Charlie needs a loving and protective environment where he can be happy.
