Hi! My name is Maddox and me and my friends Molly & Millie are all looking for forever homes. We were dumped out in some woods and 'cause we were so scared and unsure whether or not we could trust anyone, we had to be trapped and taken to a scary place called a shelter. When no one came to claim us and our stray hold was up, BCAA heard about our plight and said they would help each of us ... yeah! While we really enjoy being together, we do not have to be adopted together but it would be great if there were another friendly dog in the home that would help us learn the ropes. When we first came into foster, we were so scared and skittish; but both of our foster parents are really nice and patient with us, give us lots of yummy treats, and we are finding out that we can trust some people; I've been the bravest and have come around the fastest. Because we are still learning about that thing called a leash aren't the best on one, and due to our breed mix (beagle), we will need a physically fenced yard in our new home in order to take care of our business; plus we love to explore and "hunt" our yard! I've done really well in my crate without any accidents or tearing up of any bedding but I will let you know that I would prefer to be out with you if I see or hear you. I love my food and treats which I take gently, and my foster mom has already put a couple of much needed pounds on me; however, at approximately 3 years old and 20lbs I won't get too much bigger and should stay under 25lbs. I have gotten along with the other dogs I have met and I haven't paid much attention at all to the cats I've enountered.
