Meet Stitch: Stitch is about a 12 week old (as of May 18, 2024) black mouth cur / German Shepherd mix (best guess) that weighs about 15 pounds. Stitch was found with his sister (Lilo) starving in a park in a Memphis Suburb by a kind girl. She took them to a fire company next to the park and they all worked together to network and find a safe place for these pups. They are now being cared for by a southern foster with Charlie’s Crusaders and are hoping to catch the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Both Lilo and Stitch are wonderful, playful, friendly little puppies that never met a stranger! Stitch has your typical puppy energy and loves to play with the other dogs in his foster home. Within a day, Stitch mastered the use of the doggie door. As a puppy, we would expect the need for some patience as he continues to learn house training. We would love for Stitch to have a home with a fenced in yard for him to run and play freely. Stitch is up to date on his puppy shots and neutered.
