Ollie is a fantastic guy; laid-back and independent, he has been a very easy foster in a house full of dogs and cats. He loves to snuggle and get scratches but he's also happy to be on his own. He is a chatty fellow but his volume is always on low, and we have yet to hear a beagle bray. Good on leash, in the car, friendly with new people and new animals, great at the vet... there are just not enough good things to say about him! Ollie is house trained but does have a tendency to mark on previously-marked areas. He is not crated here because he is so good with everyone and is not even a little bit destructive. A favorite adventure is to squeeze through the cat door and help himself to canned food, but since he is so polite the cats are not bothered by his visits. Ollie is fully vetted including a recent dental, and is heartworm negative. He has some old man lumps and bumps but is overall a healthy and very happy fellow!
