Hello! My name is Loki. I turned 4 at the end of last year. I love long walks, playing in the creek, rolling in grass and chasing small critters outside. Last year my momma was fighting cancer and I thought I needed to become the alpha dog to help her out. But that wasn't really the right role for me and training with a canine behaviorist helped me understand that. I was really excited to show my mom what I was learning with my training but she couldn't make it home for my birthday. Then sadly her battle with cancer ended early this year and my caring pet sitter took me in so I'd have a loving, safe place to stay until I find my forever home. I'd prefer to be an only dog and animal in the house to someone active. A fenced in yard would be great as I grew up and currently have that. I've been told I'm very intelligent so I learn quickly and l love to curl up and sleep by (or on) your feet at the end of the bed. Goofy/silly is also a characteristic I've heard alongside my name.
