In 2022, we saw on the Ring app that someone found her in their yard when she was 3 months old. We could not let her stay in the Texas heat, so we brought her into our home. We took her to the vet to get all of her puppy shots and check her health immediately after rescuing her. After this, it was about love and caring for her. She was timid at points, but began opening up to showcase a love for her human family. We did notice that she began to get aggressive with our older male dog occasionally. This was partly due to our dog being too friendly and not giving space, but it became clear they were not a good fit. Mya loves lounging on the couch, getting belly rubs and scratches, running around outdoors, and going for walks with our 11-year-old son to the mailbox. She is very loving and has never hurt us or our children, but we can't give her the active lifestyle she deserves. Microchipped, Up to date Vaccines, 2 years old, Great at Walks, and Loving.
