Name: Liam Age: 3-4 years old Breed: Mixed breed (Irish Setter/Poodle mix possibly) Gender: neutered male Current Weight: 37.8 lbs Estimated weight when grown: Full grown (needs to gain about 5 pounds) House broke: Unknown Good with Dogs: Unknown Good with Cats: Unknown Good with Children: Unknown Heartworm Test: negative Adoption Fee: $100 Misc. Information: Liam was originally brought in as a stray, adopted and then returned because of possible joint and rear leg issues that they adopter could afford in the long run. He is a super sweet boy who had a rough start in life. He does appear to have some possible hip issues that may need further evaluation at a vet of your choice. a shelter staff member took Liam home for a weekend and we learned that he has no issues with going up and down stairs or running around being goofy and playful. He is good with other dogs and cats but would so best in a home with NO small animals (ie: hamsters, ferrets, etc...). Liam is mostly house broke but does still have some accidents so he will need more work on in this area. The shelter provides a 5-day health guarantee for adopted animals. This includes health conditions not present or known about by the shelter at the of adoption, which adopter becomes aware of within 5 days. Injuries or accidents that occur at the adopter's home are not covered. The shelter is not responsible for incurred costs from local veterinarians due to non-compliance. ALL adoptions are final! Animals can be returned to the shelter for any reason, however, there are NO refunds or exchanges.
