Personality:Shake is a medium-sized shepherd mix. His age is estimated at around 4 or 5 years old. His backstory was probably less than happy since he can be somewhat aggressive towards other dogs in stressful situations. However, he is absolutely awesome with people and has a willing heart of gold for that special person who is lucky enough to get to know him and offer him a safe and comfortable spot in the world. He is very smart, trainable, and responds very well to soothing words of praise. He has quickly learned to sit, not jump up, and to come when called while out on the leash. He walks very well on the leash and is obedient. He takes treats gently from your hand. Shake has been at the Edgewood Animal Shelter for a long time now. He was picked up as a stray and was likely abandoned. He would really love to go home with you! Shake would do best in a home without another dog. He is a wonderful, good boy who deserves a good home!
