Hello, my name is Jewel! I originally came to the shelter as a stray a few years ago, and then I found what I thought was my furever home. They gave me a good few years but sadly had to return me when they were moving somewhere I couldn't go. I am a senior gal with a heart of gold and I just want somewhere comfortable to lay my head and companionship from people. I like to be the center of your world so I cannot live with cats or dogs. I can sometimes be a little weary of strange men, but food is the quickest way to my heart. Since I am an older pup and I am set in my ways, I do ask that any children in the home be 5 and older. I may not be around for a long time but I will certainly be a good time! I hope you will consider adopting a lovely sweetheart such as myself.---If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared --bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history.
