Hi guys! It's me, Jerry! I am a 3 1/2 year old Houndish mix who weighs about 45 pounds and I'm looking for a friend. I came to this place called the Kentucky Humane Society when the last shelter I was at ran out of room for me. Now that I'm at KHS, I'm excited to find a family to call my own! Let me tell you a little about myself. I am an energetic, lanky, athletic guy who can be a little shy here in the shelter setting. I spent some time in a foster home and I really liked it there! Turns out I'm potty trained and I do well when left alone. My favorite things are playing outside, destroying plushy dog toys, and getting LOTS of treats. I'm also smart! I know how to sit, down and give my paw! I do need to meet any potential dog siblings. No children under 8, I am nervous of small children. No cats or small animals please. Could you give me a chance to show you how amazing I am? I am neutered, micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations! Shelter transfer:I came to the Kentucky Humane Society from another shelter. The staff are still learning all about me. I miss being in a home and have a lot of love to give.
