Roscoe is in one word, a lover. He was adopted in 2020 at 7 months old. His special needs is attention. He gets anxiety when not given the attention he wants/needs. Roscoe would obviously benefit from training, I just have not been able to afford it. I am also struggling to provide for him financially, emotionally and physically. Right now I am living in a one-bedroom apartment and I am away for work a ton. He would be so happy with a fenced- in yard. Roscoe would need to be the only dog in the household. Maybe after some training, he would be better around dogs. He loves everyone though. He is a protector. I just want what is best for him. Roscoe is very emotional and feels everything.
