Oliver is my mother's dog, unfortunately my mother suffered a series of strokes last fall and has not recovered. She is now in permanent care and will be unable to care for Oliver. Oliver has been living with her brother but now that it has been determined my mother will not be able to take her dog back he has decided he does not want to continue taking care of Oliver. I am unable to take him myself as I work in retail and am not home enough. Oliver can be skittish and has had some aggression issues in the past when he is scared. My mother's declining health was not evident and no one was aware she had not properly trained Oliver until she suffered her first stroke last September. My husband contacted SFACC late last fall and the case ID is A509117.
