Adopt Koda a Brown/Chocolate - with Black Shepherd (Unknown Type) / Labrador

Description:
Koda was adopted from a shelter as a puppy. He is now 2 years old, but has had no formal training so he is not disciplined. He will do simple commands such as sit, go to your cage, heel, but he will not complete or maintain his position on command. My granddaughter had a baby 2 months ago and since then, Koda has begun displaying a new bad behavior of lunging towards people who have something in their hands, especially food. This behavior has come out of nowhere and even after discipling him for that behavior, he turns right around and does it again. We don't know how to train him so we cannot keep him in the house with a small infant who is carried around in our arms.
