Izzy was adopted by us 4 years ago as an 8-week-old puppy. We have a small dog and an indoor cat. Izzy has been fine with the cat. She has fought with our small dog 3 times (recently injuring him) and we cannot continue to allow her to do that. She is very smart and super active, loves to run, play fetch, tug of war and catch/chase flies. She is house trained, and kennel trained. she would make an excellent running companion or give her a job as a hunting dog. She is not dog aggressive she plays and interacts with other dogs, but for some reason is not getting along with our small dog. We love her very much and are heartbroken over this latest development and want her to go to the best home possible. Someone with Doberman experience a plus. She loves attention and would be great as an only dog in a household. She has all of her vaccinations and is on heartworm meds (she has been well loved). She can be timid until she gets to know you. She will meet you on her terms.
