Charlie is 1 of 3 dogs that we have had since they were puppies, all of which are around the same age. Charlie is a kind, loving dog but has become obsessed with biting herself due to allergies and has forced us into clothing her and making her wear a cone nearly 24 hours a day. We are a military family and are yet again about to move and feel that we can no longer keep up with caring for Charlie. The alternative of putting her down is an unbearable thought and we are seeking a no-kill solution.
