Meet Rainbow! This sweet two and half year old, 55 pound, mixed breed has definitely had a rough go in her short life. She was found in Mississippi wandering all by herself as a young pup, and is now looking for her fur-ever homel She is extremely playful, energetic and always down for an adventurel Whether it's a long walk, car ride or meeting new friends, she's just happy to be included. Rainbow would do best in a home with an active family and fenced in yard, since she is known to wander when she hits a good sniffing trail. She absolutely loves little kids and making new friends! But her excited energy may be a bit overwhelming, so it's best to make slow introductions with people and other dogs. She is highly food motivated! Because of this, she has mastered the simple commands (still working on staying down when greeting new people), and she is fully potty and crate trained. Once she discovered peanut butter, she couldn't live without it. She loves to start her day with a bit of peanut butter and banana on a spoon. As long as your pockets are full of treats, Rainbow will never leave your side. She is known for living with other doggie friends in foster homes, but we highly suggest she is either paired with a submissive male or in a single-dog household. Her future home is best to exclude cats and other small animals. Once Rainbow is adjusted to your schedule and feels secure, her true personality comes out. She is such a loveable, silly, and loyal girl, who deserves a family who will spoil her the rest of her life. Rainbow is up to date on vaccines/rabies, fixed and comes with all of the necessities (collar, leash, harness, food, crate, bowls, etc.).
