Adopt Peach a Tan/Yellow/Fawn - with White American Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed dog

Unfortunately Peach's owner is no longer able to obtain housing that allows her breed. She is an incredibly friendly, cuddly girl but also has that classic pittbull stubbornness. She likes to chase the cats and try to play with them, but is always deterred by a bop on the nose from a kitty. Very food motivated. Still learning that trash and food on the counter and tables are not for her. She has falled slightly out of date on her vaccines and would need boosters and a checkup. She is clean and flea/tick treated. We recently learned that Peach suffered a bite on the neck while in the shelter prior to being adopted by her previous owner. She loves to play with other dogs but doesn't do well with dogs that nip, herd, or act aggressively. We suspect the bite may have contributed to this reaction. The local shelters are full and have recommended compassionate euthanasia if a new home can't be located. She's a sweet girl with a heart of gold but still learning to behave. Please save her.
