I bought him off of his shady owner. She was willing to sell him to me within 2 minutes of talking to her, didn’t ask me about my housing situation, or anything. She didn’t even give me her name. He was super afraid and she disclosed nothing to me. Why she was getting rid of him, any of his medical documents. I cannot keep him, but I was afraid for him with her.
