Male - 5 months - 40 lbs - Microchipped - Neuter Contract - DEHello! My name is Bowen and I am a 5-month-old, 40 lb male. My adoption will be conditional on my humans taking me to get neutered once I am six months of age. I have been working really hard on my housetraining but don’t completely understand yet so you will need to be patient with me and continue teaching me. I am already crate-trained and need to be crated when left home alone since I am still a baby.I befriend new people easily and have done well with men, women, and children! I greet people appropriately (I don’t jump up!) and enjoy sitting with you on the couch, or the floor, or anywhere really! I am happy to welcome visitors to our home.I do well with other dogs and enjoy playing with my foster sisters! I have learned how to read their social cues fairly well. I have also been around a few stray cats and ignored them, so those experiences combined with my young age leads us to believe I could live with cats. I love toys—especially balls! I would love to play a game of fetch with you!I ride well in the car though I usually need a lift in. I also walk well on a leash attached to a harness—I’m not a huge fan of collars. Food is possibly my favorite thing ever so I am easily motivated to learn and would love a family willing to continue my training! Oh, and I love water! My foster family has a pool where I’ve learned how to swim and I hope I continue having opportunities to do so! This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense.
