This handsome boy came to us from a bad situation. He arrived severely emaciated but has slowly and steadily been gaining weight and muscle in foster care, and his skin is thriving. This boy is full of so much love to give- he bonds very closely with his people and has never met a stranger. He is generally very quiet and calm, content to sit by your side and be doted on. He absolutely loves other dogs, and has made best friends with another neutered male in his foster home. He loves to engage in gentle play with his friends!! His foster mom is working with him on crate training and it is going well. He does have anxiety when first going into his crate, and will bark. Currently he sleep soundly all night in his crate. He doesn`t like to share his toys with other dogs, so he would be best with a very social doggie friend that will respect his wishes. He does have some resource guarding tendencies, but they are extremely mild and very easy to manage. He walks beautifully on leash and is a true gentleman. He loves to snuggle and was a shelter favorite before going to foster!
