Jupiter was adopted on 2/27/2024. Because he wasn't fully vaccinated at the time of adoption, I wasn't able to take him on walks until 5/03/2024, after fully vaccinating him. He's house trained and will scratch at the door to let you know he needs to go. Our issue: Jupiter has a lot of energy and has developed some issues with nipping (not hard biting) due to the increase of anxiety and stress from lack of walking. But now that I can take him for walks it's not an enjoyable time for either of us because he pulls. What's awesome about him, he's a very sweet and loving 4 month pup. He loves playing with kids, loves being pet by strangers, and he's great with feeding time. He will not eat until told, "Good boy". He'll eat gently from your hand and is a great kitchen companion. I just don't have the energy or knowledge to work with his anxiety and stress from the lack of exercise. Rather than returning him to the shelter I adopted him from, I'd like to try finding him a better home.
