I have a 12 yr old pittbul lab mix who was surrendered to me due to his owner going into the ICU. This was previously my mother’s dog and she passed away so he was given to a family friend (the owner). This person will not be able to take care of an animal anymore when he gets out of the hospital. I can’t keep him myself because I have cats and I have been struggling to find a home. I’ve posted on my social medias, messages multiple groups of people, I’ve done all I can think of. I really need some help with trying to find a forever home. I have been searching for a foster, he is safe with a neighbor for now. He is very sweet and cuddly, he’s potty trained as well. He’s not neutered, he’s deaf & is heart-worms positive. He is on prevention currently and I will be able to help treat that and get any vaccines needed. He likes female dogs, so far I haven’t seen him around any male dogs to know what the interaction is like. He’s just a big baby and needs a loving home.
