My name is Diamond. I am came from a short and young life wandering the woods and the streets trying to find sustenance. I was likely dumped; or, I escaped and was forgotten. I was really happy to be found by my foster family. When they found me, I was able to eat, drink and regain trust in my humans. I also was able to play with my dog friends! I am about 9 to 12 month old and a 65 to 70 lb Anatolian Shepherd Mix. I love to play! I also LOVE to swim!! I am good with dogs and I have had no negative reaction to cats. I have met a few of them. I need a little leash work because I am used to running around outside without a leash. I will likely go through a little transition with my housebreaking. I really would love a fenced in yard... I feel like I would be lost without some outdoor space to roam around. I may be a little timid at first when meeting new people but that is just a part of my socialization journey. I would be totally fine with kids. I have not been around kids under 7 but so far my temperament is completely sweet and on the submissive side.
