Borz is the ultimate good boy! He is a happy, social, chilled out, gentle giant with a heart of gold. Borz has not spent any time living domestically as a pet however, it was definitely the life he was born to have! Borz is super calm, chilled out and adapts to just about anything. He is great on the lead, not a barker or a jumper and so laid back that the only time you’ll see Borz very active is when you encourage him to play a ball game! Despite his big size, Borz is not super active or high energy beyond the occasional walk. He loves to have a quick run around the yard and to play chase with the ball (although he is not very good at the bringing it back part!), but as soon as he’s had enough, Borz will run straight into his bed, and let you know it’s snooze time! Borz is a very sociable guy, but particularly with other Greyhounds. He has met with smaller dog breeds and got along fine but mostly he just ignored them! Borz is used to living with chickens, and even some pigeons in a pen, and so smaller animals don’t really faze him. Borz adores human company most of all! He enjoys playtime, and the physical handling he gets from people. Borz is like a shadow who loves to follow people around the yard, sticking close by for as many pats as he can get! He is incredibly loyal and just can’t wait to find some humans he can call his own. Borz is a wonderful, handsome, happy dog that would suit a quieter, more laid-back lifestyle with almost any type of family. He would be great with someone who lives alone, a couple, or a family with older kids who understand that he is a gentle, calm dog that doesn’t require a lot of activity or hustle and bustle. Borz would do well in a home with other Greyhounds and maybe even some chickens, so long as he has some space to run around in when the mood takes him! Overall, Borz needs a forever home with people he can love as much as they will love him.
