We are very sad to be rehoming our dog, Ferb. He is so playful and snuggly. He loves fetch, squeaky toys, and naps. We got Ferb when my husband was diagnosed with brain cancer. He has been a great companion. Since we’ve had Ferb he has struggled with separation anxiety. We have been diligently working with a Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer for over two years without significant or consistent progress. We have also been seeing a behavioral veterinarian and have tried a slew of medications to help Ferb with this issue. When alone, Ferb barks and howls. He has not been destructive.He really just wants someone to be around.
