Rowena is a friendly and expressive sweetheart. She loves to play and keep you company, but she can also entertain herself. You can usually find her prancing around with a toy in her mouth. Rowen loves saying hello to people and dogs alike-- neighbors play with her daily. She is usually shy at first but warms up quick. I fostered Rowena at 6 weeks after a backyard breeder sold her at 3 weeks to a teen who was upset she wasn't potty trained. I figured I could keep her safe until I found her a home with a more experienced owner. My plan was to rehome her once she had all her shots at 4 months. Of course, I fell in love and held out for longer. I considered adopting her myself but reality is, my lease does not allow dogs and my lifestyle is far from dog-friendly. Rowen is now 7 months and her needs are growing with her! It's really important to me that she lives a happy, active life. I hope to find her a home that loves her daily and lets her run her heart out everyday.
