Penny was found in a rain storm as a newborn puppy under my car. I originally took her in until I could find her pack. I already had a dog and my dog grew to despise her. It has only gotten worse and now we have 2 children under 2 years of age and can no longer keep her. Penny is super sweet and loves attention. She is very playful for a 4 year old.
