Harley was rescued from the side of a highway in Kentucky when she was less than six months old. Despite that, she has been well behaved and easy to train from the beginning. She is potty trained and responds to most simple commands. She's a very sweet, loving dog that likes lots of attention and activity but can also be content to just laze away the day. Unfortunately, she does not do well with children. She has never attacked a child but she has been known to growl and bark at them, especially if they infringe on her territory. The ideal situation would be a single person or a family with no children under teenage years. She is able to be let alone for 8-10 hours a day without supervision and no mess when you come home. She is not used to being on furniture and she does not chew on anything. If you are looking for a faithful companion that will show you lots of love, Harley is the dog for you.
