Mocha is a delightful dog ~ sweet, affectionate, playful, and smart. We got him as a canine companion for our other dog, who unfortunately remembers getting bitten by another dog and has not gotten past seeing Mocha's playfulness as threatening. Mocha is not aggressive and behaves well around dogs, and he is house-trained and does fine on a leash. The shelter he came from estimated his age as two years, though he seems younger with lots of puppy energy. He does jump up when excited to see someone or go for a walk, but he is learning to do better. He was underweight at 37 lbs when we got him in early May and should continue filling out to 45-50 lbs. We hate giving him up since he is an absolutely adorable dog and a joy to be around, but we have to look out for the happiness of the dog we already had. Looking for a home with lots of love and a fenced yard, where he's not left outside or in a crate all day.
