Ellie is a 2.5 year old 24 pound beagle mix who is looking for a new home. She is a really attractive dog with one blue eye and one brown eye, a nice tan and white coat, and a great disposition towards people and other dogs. Because she has some beagle in her background, Ellie has a strong hunting instinct, spending a lot of her time outside hunting for lizards and squirrels. For that reason, it would be best if she went to a home without cats. Also, Ellie may be protective of her food so it would be preferable that she is fed away from other dogs to avoid food fights.
