Beautiful Zola is a 2 year old, 35 lb. Aussie. She's a little gal, so she may be a mini Aussie. This girl has it all - she's alert, enthusiastic, happy and social. Zola has a genetic defect in her right eye which is missing. It has been checked by a vet and is fine how it is - or the adopter could decide to cosmetically repair and sew it closed. But it does not bother her at all and she's ready for a forever home that knows what it means to have a herding breed dog. What can Zola do even with one eye? Everything from agility to rally to obedience to fly ball...or just be your running partner and the best hiking friend you've ever had. Aussie's are well known for many traits including intelligence, having a high prey drive (cats and other small animals in the home are not recommended), needing a high level of exercise and mental stimulation, and being easy to train. They make exceptional loyal family dogs pending they are trained and are always incorporated into full family life.
