Border Collie Mix Dog for Adoption in San Diego, California, 92121 USNickname: Rascal - (Medical) Posted Breed: Shepherd / Border Collie / Mixed. Mama Rascal was found on the streets pregnant and limping likely after being hit by a car. She found safety with Labs and More where our vet partner performed a C section and managed to save three of her puppies. Her puppies are now up for adoption and Rascal had her hip surgery. Now she's recovering and she's doing great! She will be ready for adoption in a couple weeks. Rascal is around 2 years old and we believe she is a mix of Shepherd, Border Collie and Terrier. She is a medium girl at about 30 lbs, a lovely and easily managed size. She walks well on leash, knows Sit and is learning her basic commands, has a sweet and kind personality, and likes to spend time with her people. She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home and can't wait to be off crate rest to play with her. Rascal is crate trained and house trained with access to the outside in her current foster home.
