I am a beautiful 10 year old flashy fawn gentleman that is an owner surrender due to being dumped with my current caretaker and my owner’s never came back. I am a proud member of the rescue’s Silver Heart program so be sure and ask about it because there are many perks for my adoptive family! I possibly could be developing arthritis but I still play with the female dog, keeps up on walks, and can jump on the bed and couch. I am described as friendly, smart, calm, protective, and affectionate! My current caretaker says I am a “sweet old man” that is dog friendly! I have never lived with kids or cats so a proper introduction would be needed for them. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep on the floor or in the human bed. When the human’s must be away, I am fine as long as I have a bed and water. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, attention, scratches, and being with people & other dogs!
