Shepradors Dog for Adoption in Princeton, Minnesota, 55616 USNickname: Dixon Posted Breed: German Shepherd Dog / Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 550. Dixon is a loving and energetic puppy who’s eager to please and loves being around his people. His favorite activity is playing “follow the leader” where he shadows his chosen person around the house and yard. He has an appropriate fear of his foster home’s cats and is respectful and playful with the adult resident dogs and takes redirection very well. He absolutely loves kids and matches their energy perfectly; he’s ready to play and ready to cuddle and nap during down time. Extremely smart, Dixon catches on fast and he’s working on basic obedience training and potty training. He responds well to vocal praise and treats. Dixon’s foster family is working hard on kennel training and teaching this friendly pup good manners to set him up for success with his forever family. He does still whine when first in the kennel so shared walls at this stage is not recommended. His foster family believes he’ll make an excellent family pet. Dixon is from a local reservation.
