Australian Shepherd-Huskies Mix Dog for Adoption in Rockaway, New Jersey, 07869 USNickname: XP Ranger Posted Breed: Australian Shepherd / Husky / Mixed. From his dad: Ranger is a 7-year-old Australian Shepherd/Husky mix I took in when he was 3 years old as he was too active for his owners. He is extremely smart and very stubborn. He is pretty well trained and really loves people and most dogs but can be reactive to other reactive dogs. He will not get along with cats. I have had Ranger for 4 years and he is a great companion although he can be a bit needy at times. Ranger is generally good with people and older kids (he likes to play rough). He is neutered and current with his Rabies vaccine. He is housebroken and has never had an accident in the house. Ranger LOVES long walks and is good on a leash. I have a dog walking club and he loves our group walks every Sunday. Ranger currently lives with another dog named Jackson, an 11-year-old male Lab/Greyhound mix and they get along well.
