If you are looking for a smaller labrador mix, then you will want to meet Jeffrey. He is about a year old and only weighs about 38 lbs. He appears to be crate and house trained. Quiet, calm, and gets along with dogs and kids. Jeffrey 's only quirk is his shoe obsession. He gathers up shoes and sleeps with them. He hasn't chewed on them, but he does enjoy gnawing on cardboard. I've made more toys available to him so maybe he'll prefer them. Jeffrey walks great on a leash and is low energy. Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Jeffrey’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
